Black Tie Enterprises acts as a supplemental MIS department to serve our clients' needs. Each client has an "on-call" relationship with Black Tie Enterprises and there are no retainer fees! Our services include the following: Custom Software Design and Development - design and development of new software, as well as, modifications to the client's existing software. Internet Design and Development - design and development of websites, intranet design and implementation, and options for client maintained sites. Technical Documentation and Editing Services - start to finish writing, editing and implementation for both hard copy and "on-line" materials.
